Payment & Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a deposit or full payment to secure thescheduled service time. Accepted payment methods include Stripe,Square, Current, and cash.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. By submitting adeposit or payment, the client agrees to the scheduled appointmenttime and acknowledges that massage services are reservedspecifically for them.
No refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or payment disputes will beaccepted once a deposit or payment has been made, regardless ofpayment method.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to appear for theappointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment.
Clients are responsible for being available at the scheduledappointment time. Missed appointments are not eligible for refundsor credits.
